Personal Training

Are you getting started with Personal Training? Or, do you want a great way to track progress over time? Our highly-detailed 60-minute fitness assessments are performed by our expertly-trained, certified personal trainers.

Includes: Your comprehensive fitness assessment will include a combination of tests selected based off of your specific goals, which will be discussed prior to the assessment appointment. These may include resting measurements (including circumferences, body composition, heart rate, and blood pressure), postural and movement analyses, and cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility assessments. All fitness assessments will include time to discuss individual goals. 

After the test: You will receive a report of your individual results for your records. We will then recommend the amount of time to re-test, based on the specific goals set forth during the fitness assessment.

To book an appointment: If you'll be completing a fitness assessment to begin personal training, your trainer will schedule with you directly after you complete the Personal Training Interest Form. An individualized nutrition plan will be created to teach you how to eat between workouts, maintain health, and lose weight if needed.  An individualized meal plan will be created to specifically address your nutrition needs for achieving your goals. You and your coach will work together prior to your meeting to test and develop a plan that will meet your daily caloric intake, and meet the proper ratio of macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fats). This plan includes both quantitative and qualitative recommendations to suite every type of person. We teach the logic behind day to day nutrition to make it sustainable for a lifetime. The plan is not a fad, but a lifestyle.
